I built an Android app that nudges me (and potentially you) to build new habits and follow-up on my existing routines.
With existing habit trackers, you always have to go into the app to check up on your habits which I never do. Additionally, you receive notifications at the most annoying times. No, I don't do my stretches while I am sitting in a tram. :)
With Workout Pixel, you see the status of your routines as widgets directly on your home screen.
This way, you get positive reinforcement multiple times per day every time you look at your homescreen.
